Eliab Naturinda, an immigration and NGO expert , posses over 6 years of technical and professional experience within the field of immigration, investment and NGO sector. He previously worked as the a legal advisor at Ministry of Internal Affairs attached to the National Bureau for NGOs where he was responsible for all foreigners intending to volunteer/ work in Uganda. He was also at the forefront of formulating the NGO Act 2016 and the Registration of Persons Act, 2016.

The breadth of his experience includes activities in the NGOs sector, Immigration consultancy and Public Administration such as; incorporation of NGOs across the Region, enabling foreign companies to tap in to the Ugandan economy through market penetration, development of technical support resources and directing companies’ relationships with government authorities. He has assisted foreign organizations, companies and individuals who are looking to work, establish businesses or live in Uganda by overseeing their application and process immigration permits, dependants’ passes as well as dual citizenship for foreign clients. Eliab Naturinda possesses a Bachelors of Laws Degree (LL.B Hons) from Uganda Christian University. He also undertook a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management at the Uganda Management Institute. He is also a Board member for several Non Governmental Organizations and Multi-national companies.
